You can find Viva! Vegetarian Grill food cart in Downtown Eugene. The cart is located on the east side of Willamette and 12th, and open Monday through Saturday. Hours are 11 am until 5 pm.

The menu on the cart may vary slighly from what you would see in our festival setup. We will try to rotate in special items like soups and daily specials in addition to the standard menu. Hot drinks such as Wandering Goat organic coffee, and organic chai and rooibos tea are also on the menu to warm you up. A modest assortment organic juices from Genesis Juice will also be on hand.

	Crinkle Cut Fries A large portion of delicious french fries. Available in regular potato or sweet potato. Served with vegan dipping sauce. Turn these into Chili Cheese Fries and make a meal out of it!
	Vegan Chili Made completely from scratch and with 100% organic ingredients, we use 3 kinds of beans, brown rice, a variety of spices for a complex but familiar and satisfying flavor. Try it alone in an 8 oz portion topped with our signature CheeSauce or on top of a dog, soysage or an order of fries.
	Vegan Soft Serve A Viva! Vegetarian Grill original recipe. To make this delicious frozen treat, we use 100% organic ingredients, including a cashew base to make the smoothest and creamiest vegan ice cream you'll ever taste!
