New for 2010
Through 2009, my menu consisted mostly of Tofurky brand (Turtle Island Foods) tofu based hot dogs and "soysages", and the new and very tasty Vegan Cheesesteak sandwich.
2010 will be my 5th year of business. The support and generosity I recieve from fans and customers continues to encourage and inspire me every step of the way. I have recently opened a street cart on 12th and Willamette in downtown Eugene. Click the "food cart" link below for more info.
I also have new menu items in store for 2010. I am using Surata Soyfoods' delicious and organic Multigrain Tempeh in at least a couple of ways, Marinated Tempeh Satay with peanut ginger dipping sauce, and Tempeh Reuben Sandwich on Dave's Killer Bread. Another new addition is our Hickory Smoked BBQ sandwich. A homemade organic BBQ sauce highlights this delicious and savory treat. If that wasn't enough, we'll be serving up Vegan Soft Serve on the downtown food cart through the warm months.
I'll be updating the website with new festival photos and menu info. Please keep checking the Schedule for new additions the 2010 Spring/Summer vending line up. Keep a look out for handmade t-shirts, stickers and buttons.
