(formerly known as Tofurky Food Cart)

Viva! Vegetarian Grill is an all vegetarian and vegan food booth that feeds thousands of hungry festival patrons every summer. Originally starting out in the Spring of 2006, I sold tofu dogs in Downtown Eugene 6 days a week. Later that summer, the business evolved towards vending special events such as seasonal music and arts festivals.

New for 2011

Thanks to a great local customer base, the Viva! Vegetarian Grill Food Cart, located in Downtown Eugene, has become a success during the first year of operation. We've been able to add more delicious menu items and stay open during the busy summer festival season. Our enclosed cart (Viva! XL) will allow us to continue to stay open year round through the cold and wet winter.

Projects for 2011 include the addition to our cart fleet with a small satellite cart called SPUTNIK Mobile VEG. It is highly versatile and transportable by bicycle. Eugene, from 5pm to 9pm. If you have a special event you would like us to attend, please let us know via our contact page. We will consider your event, big or small.

I'll be updating the website with new festival photos and menu info. Please keep checking the Schedule for new additions the 2011 Spring/Summer vending line up. Keep a look out for handmade t-shirts, stickers and buttons.

2011 will be my 6th year of business. The continued support and generosity I recieve from fans and customers continues to encourage and inspire me every step of the way. To all the fans that have gotten us this far, Thank You! And we look forward to feeding you again soon!
