Our Menu is 100% Vegetarian and Vegan.
Below is a number of our vegan specialities that are available at our Downtown Cart. A selection of these items are offered on our smaller carts at seasonal events in Eugene and around the Northwest. Our YMCA Cafe provides our customers with all of our vegan staples as well as some additional vegetarian menu items. The YMCA Cafe menu can be found here.

	Vegetarian Footlong Hotdog A grilled tofu dog served in a warm bun with your choice of condiments, including sauerkraut and caramelized onions. This long dog is great for kids and adults.
	Polish Soysage Our most popular soysage, the Polish is served in a warm bun with caramelized onions and optional sauerkraut.
	Savory Italian Soysage The spiciest Tofurky, the Italian is seasoned with sun dried tomato, basil and spices. These grilled meat-less balls are served in a warm bun with marinara sauce and topped with organic cashew based vegan CheeSauce. Yum!
	Vegan Philly Cheesesteak Marinated and griddled Tofurky Philly steak slices served on a warm bun with caramelized onions and vegan cashew CheeSauce.
	Hickory Smoked BBQ Hickory smoked tofu deli slices griddled with onions, organic herbs & spices in a homemade sweet and tangy organic BBQ sauce. Served on a warm 6” bun and topped with organic cashew based vegan CheeSauce.
	Tempeh Reuben Marinated locally made organic tempeh, grilled and served with sauerkraut and vegan thousand island dressing on organic whole wheat Dave's Killer Bread.
	Tempeh Satay Marinated and grilled organic tempeh served on a stick with organic peanut ginger dipping sauce.
	Buffalo Tempeh Locally made organic tempeh wedges fried and doused in a traditional hot wing sauce made vegan. Served with organic mini carrot sticks and vegan dipping sauce.
	Tempeh Tacos Deliciously seasoned tempeh folded into warm corn tortillas and garnished with a lime-cilantro cabbage slaw, organic salsa, and our specially spiced Y'Hella CheeSauce.
	Crinkle Cut Fries A large portion of delicious french fries. Available in regular potato or sweet potato. Served with vegan dipping sauce. Turn these into Chili Cheese Fries and make a meal out of it!
	Vegan Chili Made completely from scratch and with 100% organic ingredients, we use 3 kinds of beans, brown rice, a variety of spices for a complex but familiar and satisfying flavor. Try it alone in an 8 oz portion topped with our signature CheeSauce or on top of a dog, soysage or an order of fries.

	Vegan Soft Serve A Viva! Vegetarian Grill original recipe. To make this delicious frozen treat, we use 100% organic ingredients, including a cashew base to make the smoothest and creamiest vegan ice cream you'll ever taste!
	Dried Mango Slices A 3 oz resealable bag of dried organic mango slices. A perfect healthy snack.

African Red Tea (Rooibos) Served ‘Thai Iced Tea’ style with organic vanilla soymilk and organic cane syrup. Rooibos is organic, naturally caffeine free, and high in anti-oxidants.
Organic Chai Tea A combination of ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, Darjeeling, and vanilla bean create a superb aromatic and spiced organic beverage that will warm you to your core.
Organic Soy Coffee/Mochas Served hot or cold, depending on the time of day and particular event. We use organic soy, organic cocoa, and organic fair trade locally roasted coffee from the Wandering Goat Coffee Co.

Ketchup, Yellow Mustard, Brown Mustard, Sweet Pickle Relish, Diced Raw Onions, Sauerkraut, Vegan CheeSauce, Charlie’s Numb! Sauce (Really Hot).

	Original Sauces to Go We sell two of our amazing sauces for you to take home. Get a 12 oz jar of Vegan CheeSauce or Homemade Organic BBQ Sauce. We a charge a reinburseable $1 for the jar and lid.
	Charlie's Numb! Sauce This special sauce uses a base of habanero peppers with other secret ingredients to add some real heat to your food.
