Below is a number of our vegan specialities that are available
at our Downtown Cart. A selection of these items are offered on
our smaller carts at seasonal events in Eugene and around the
Northwest. Our YMCA Cafe provides our customers with all of our
vegan staples as well as some additional vegetarian menu items.

Vegetarian Footlong Hotdog
A grilled tofu dog served in a warm bun with your choice of condiments, including sauerkraut and caramelized onions. This long dog is great for kids and adults.

Polish Soysage
Our most popular soysage, the Polish is served in a warm bun with caramelized onions and optional sauerkraut.

Savory Italian Soysage
The spiciest Tofurky, the Italian is seasoned with sun dried tomato, basil and spices. These grilled meat-less balls are served in a warm bun with marinara sauce and topped with organic cashew based vegan CheeSauce. Yum!

Crinkle Cut Fries 
A large portion of delicious french fries. Available in regular potato or sweet potato. Served with vegan dipping sauce. Turn these into Chili Cheese Fries and make a meal out of it!

Vegan Chili
Made completely from scratch and with 100% organic ingredients, we use 3 kinds of beans, brown rice, a variety of spices for a complex but familiar and satisfying flavor. Try it alone in an 8 oz portion topped with our signature CheeSauce or on top of a dog, soysage or an order of fries.

A Viva! Vegetarian Grill original recipe. To make this delicious frozen treat, we use 100% organic ingredients, including a cashew base to make the smoothest and creamiest vegan ice cream you'll ever taste!

A combination of ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, Darjeeling, and vanilla bean create a superb aromatic and spiced organic beverage that will warm you to your core. |

Organic Soy Coffee/Mochas 
Served hot or cold, depending on the time of day and particular event. We use organic soy, organic cocoa, and organic fair trade locally roasted coffee from the Wandering Goat Coffee Co.

We sell two of our amazing sauces for you to take home. Get a 12 oz jar of Vegan CheeSauce or Homemade Organic BBQ Sauce. We a charge a reinburseable $1 for the jar and lid.
